Griswold Receivers is seeking a full-time Receivership Project Coordinator to support the management and oversight of 40–45 active receivership projects. This role involves traveling to properties across California and Nevada to conduct site inspections, coordinating with city inspectors and contractors to plan and schedule work, managing property needs such as utility setup, fencing, and security, assisting with the relocation of occupants and tenants, and tracking overall project progress. The Project Coordinator will work closely with the Receivership Property Manager and Operations Team to efficiently execute day-to-day tasks for each project.
The Receivership Project Coordinator will assist with the coordination of receivership projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery. We’re looking for a proactive team player who thrives on collaboration and takes initiative to keep projects moving. Partnering closely with the Receivership Property Manager, this role monitors properties, resolves issues promptly, and plays a key role in managing court-appointed receivership responsibilities.

Griswold Receivers is seeking a full-time Staff Attorney to manage and implement the day-to-day legal strategy for a growing portfolio of receivership assignments.
The staff attorney will play a key role in Griswold Receivers’ efforts to implement common-sense, practical solutions to complex business and real estate disputes. Our organization is in an exciting phase of growth in the niche/unique legal practice area of receiverships. The position will provide you with the opportunity to take the lead on managing the day-to-day legal operations of a large portfolio of cases.
A successful staff attorney must be able to step outside his or her comfort zone to take on many roles, from courtroom litigator to on-site project manager, while remaining levelheaded in high-pressure and occasionally unpredictable situations.
The ideal candidate for this position must be a strong communicator, both in writing and orally, and possess the ability to approach challenging situations with empathy. We are looking for individuals who can effectively multitask and self-manage a roster of cases using foresight and follow-through to bring each project to a successful completion.
This is an in-office position. Limited travel in California and Nevada may be required.
